Auckland museum

On Tuesday the 19th of October  Senior syndicate  went to the  Auckland museum

We went to the museum because we have been learning about natural disaster.

We went on the bus.

My  favourite  thing at the museum was going in to shake room.

We walked around museum and  saw different exhibits .

Camp Mangawhai

All the year 6’s went to Mangawhai for camp! We roasted marshmallows  at  the  camp fire. The marshmallows were  delicious. We also saw the 7 crosses at night. The campfire was really nice and pretty, the stars  looked nice and we saw the lovely moon shine bright.

Part way through the fire the teacher took some kids up to their cabins if they didn’t want to be near the fire anymore. It was time to go back up to our cabins. We had a shower, changed into our pajamas’ and we had some Milo. We  the reading book also filled in our camp note-books and then headed of to our cabins to sleep.

In the morning we woke up and we had to do some exercise, then we had some breakfast, then we had a play. We packed our stuff for the trip and went to the surf club. But before we swam we walked up the mountains and then we walk back down. Then we put on our togs and wet suits.

Then the adults formed a large circle in the water where we swam. After we swam we hopped back on the bus and went back to Mangawhai. then we had a shower, got dressed and went to bed!

It’s really been  fun learning in maths because  I like watching videos about how your brain works and making maistakes help your brain to grow.
